Preparation Instructions

1

Prepare the Chicken

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until the chicken is well coated and heated through, about 5 minutes.

2

Assemble the Rappers

Lay out a tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon some of the seasoned chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.

3

Cook the Rappers

You can either bake or fry the rappers. To bake, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), place the rappers on a baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. To fry, heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the rappers for about 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy.

4

Serve

Serve the chicken rappers warm with BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.
