Method

Cook the Pasta

1

Boil the Linguine

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce

2

Make the Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and nutmeg until cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Combine and Serve

3

Mix Pasta with Sauce

Add the drained linguine to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.

4

Prepare the Garlic Baguette

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture on each half. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.

5

Serve

Serve the creamy linguine with the garlic baguette on the side.
