Chill the Provence rosé to 45–50°F (7–10°C) before serving. Remove bottle from refrigerator 5 minutes before pouring so it isn’t overly cold.

Hold a stemmed wine glass by the stem, tilt slightly, and pour one standard glass (about 5 fl oz / 150 ml) of the chilled rosé to allow gentle aeration and preserve delicate aromatics.

If serving in warm weather and desired by guest, add 2–3 small ice cubes to the glass before or after pouring. Note: ice will dilute the wine as it melts, so use sparingly.
