Prepare the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the Meatballs
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Cheesy Polenta
Cook the Polenta
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Gradually whisk in the polenta and reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 20 minutes until thickened.
Add Cheese and Butter
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, butter, and salt until smooth and creamy.
