Cocktail

Method

Cocktail

1

Build and shake

Add Tito's vodka, Don Julio Añejo, fresh grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, fresh orange juice, and agave syrup into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice (about 3/4 full).

2

Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the shaker is well chilled and slightly frosty on the outside.

3

Strain the contents of the shaker into a highball or copper mule mug filled with fresh ice (about 1 cup).

4

Top with chilled ginger beer (about 3 oz). Add 2 dashes of bitters if using. Gently stir once or twice to combine—avoid over-stirring to keep ginger beer effervescence.

Garnish & Serve

5

Express the oils of the grapefruit wheel over the drink by holding the wheel over the glass and giving it a firm squeeze, then drop the wheel onto the rim or float it on top.

6

Optional: slap the mint sprig between your palms once to release aroma and tuck it behind the grapefruit wheel as a garnish.

7

Serve immediately while cold and effervescent. Provide a straw or stirring stick if desired.
