Bloody Mary (single serving)

Screwdriver (single serving)

Method

Bloody Mary (single serving)

1

Prepare glass

Fill a highball or pint glass with ice to chill while you mix the drink.

2

Mix cocktail

In a cocktail shaker (or mixing glass) add vodka, tomato juice, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, prepared horseradish, celery salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Fill shaker with ice and stir gently for 10–15 seconds to chill and slightly dilute. Do not overly aerate.

3

Assemble

Discard ice from the chilled serving glass if desired and fill with fresh ice. Strain the mixed Bloody Mary into the prepared glass.

4

Garnish & serve

Garnish with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge. Offer extra hot sauce, celery salt, or horseradish at the table. Serve immediately.

Screwdriver (single serving)

5

Prepare glass

Fill a highball glass with ice.

6

Combine

Pour vodka over the ice, then top with fresh orange juice. Gently stir once or twice to integrate.

7

Garnish & serve

Garnish with an orange slice on the rim and serve immediately.

Mimosa (single serving)

8

Chill ingredients

Make sure the sparkling wine and orange juice are well chilled (about 40–45°F / 4–7°C).

9

Build

Pour the orange juice into a chilled champagne flute. Gently top with the sparkling wine to preserve bubbles. Pour slowly so the flute does not overflow.

10

Garnish & serve

Add an orange twist or slice to the rim and serve immediately. If preferred, flip the proportions (equal parts) for a fruitier mimosa.
