Preparation

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

2

Marinate the Seafood

Divide the marinade into two separate bowls. Add the shrimp and scallops to one bowl, and the calamari and salmon to the other. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Grilling

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 200-220°C (392-428°F).

4

Grill Shrimp and Scallops

Remove shrimp and scallops from marinade and thread them onto skewers. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are opaque and cooked through.

5

Grill Calamari and Salmon

Remove calamari and salmon from marinade. Grill calamari for 1-2 minutes on each side until slightly charred. Grill salmon for 5-6 minutes on each side or until it flakes easily with a fork.

Serving

6

Plate the Seafood

Arrange the grilled seafood on a large platter. Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley for a fresh finish.

7

Serve Immediately

Serve the chargrilled seafood platter hot with your choice of dipping sauces.
