Method
Cherry Chutney
Prepare the Cherries
In a saucepan, combine the chopped cherries, onion, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
Cook the Mixture
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Cool and Store
Allow to cool before transferring to jars. Store in the refrigerator.
Home Made Ketchup
Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together the tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
Adjust Seasoning
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Store
Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix the mustard seeds, apple cider vinegar, water, sugar, and salt.
Let Sit
Cover and let sit at room temperature for 2-3 days to allow flavors to meld.
Store
Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
