Instructions
Prepare the glass
Chill the serving glasses in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Add the sorbet
Place 2 scoops of raspberry sorbet into each chilled glass.
Pour the Prosecco
Slowly pour Prosecco over the sorbet until the glass is filled, allowing the bubbles to mix with the sorbet.
Garnish
Add fresh raspberries and a few mint leaves on top for garnish.
Serve
Serve immediately while the Prosecco is still bubbly.
