Method
Cocktail
- 1
Chill glass
Place the serving glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with 1/2 cup ice while you prepare the cocktail to ensure the drink stays refreshingly cold.
- 2
In a mixing glass or shaker (no need to shake vigorously because of carbonation), add 15 ml fresh lime juice and 7.5 ml simple syrup. Stir briefly to combine.
- 3
Add 90 ml Chamisul Fresh soju to the mixing glass and stir gently for 8–10 seconds to blend flavors and chill slightly.
- 4
Fill the chilled serving glass about 2/3 full with fresh ice (use the cubed ice). Pour the soju/lime mixture over the ice.
- 5
Top gently with 60 ml cold sparkling water to preserve carbonation. Stir once or twice lightly with a bar spoon to integrate.
Garnish & Finish
- 6
Express the oils of a lime wheel over the drink by holding the wheel over the glass and squeezing lightly, then drop the wheel onto the rim or into the cocktail.
- 7
Optional: slap the mint sprig between your palms to release aroma and rest it on top of the drink as a fragrant garnish.
- 8
Serve immediately with a short straw or stirrer. Encourage sipping slowly to enjoy the clean, bright profile of Chamisul Fresh soju with lime and bubbles.
