Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Start by washing and dicing the potatoes and cutting the corn into halves.

2

Boil the Potatoes and Corn

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Then, add the corn halves and cook for an additional 5 minutes until both are tender. Drain and set aside.

3

Sauté the Shrimp

In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.

4

Combine Ingredients

Add the boiled potatoes and corn to the shrimp in the pot. Sprinkle in the Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything together gently until well combined and heated through.

5

Serve

Serve the shrimp special warm, garnished with additional lemon wedges if desired.
