Beverage Base

2 cups Pepsi Cola (chilled)1 cups Ice cubes

Optional Add-ins (per serving)

1 piece Fresh lemon wedge1 piece Mint sprig1 piece maraschino cherry

Glassware & Garnish

1 piece Highball glass (or pint glass)1 piece Cocktail straw

Method

Prepare Glass

Chill and fill

Place the highball glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes to chill (optional). Fill the glass about three-quarters full with fresh ice cubes (approximately 1 cup).

Assemble Beverage

Pour Pepsi

Holding the glass at a slight angle, slowly pour 2 cups of chilled Pepsi over the ice to minimize carbonation loss and reduce foaming.

Garnish and finish

If desired, squeeze the lemon wedge lightly over the surface and drop it into the glass. Add the mint sprig and/or maraschino cherry as desired. Insert a cocktail straw.

Serve

Serve immediately while fizzy and cold. Refill with Pepsi as needed.
