Pepsi Products - Single Serving (Cold)
Pepsi Products - Pitcher / Group Serving (Optional)
Method
Pepsi Products - Single Serving (Cold)
Chill glass (optional)
Place the serving glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes before serving to keep the beverage colder longer. This is optional but recommended on warm days.
Add ice
Fill a tall glass with 4–6 ice cubes, leaving room at the top so the soda won't overflow when poured.
Pour beverage
Open a chilled 12 fl oz can or bottle of Pepsi (or your chosen PepsiCo soft drink). Pour the beverage gently down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation and avoid excessive foaming. Stop pouring when the liquid reaches about 1/2 inch (1 cm) below the rim.
Serve
Serve immediately with a straw or napkin. Offer extra ice or additional lemon/lime wedges on request.
Pepsi Products - Pitcher / Group Serving (Optional)
Chill pitcher and beverage
Chill a 2–3 quart pitcher and the 1.5 L bottle in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so the drink stays cold while serving.
Add ice to glasses
Place 3–4 ice cubes into each serving glass before pouring. Do not add ice directly into the pitcher if you want to avoid diluting anyone's glass with melting ice.
Pour beverage
Open the chilled 1.5 L bottle and pour gently into each prepared glass, pouring down the side to minimize foam. Re-cap the bottle if any remains and keep refrigerated.
Garnish and serve
Provide lemon or lime wedges on a small plate for guests to use as desired. Serve immediately and replenish ice as needed.
