Method

Preparing the Chicken Filling

1

Cook the Chicken

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken breasts until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and let cool before shredding.

2

Make the Filling

In the same skillet, add soy sauce, ginger, garlic, red bell pepper, green onions, and shredded chicken. Stir and cook for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.

Making the Sweet Soy Ginger Glaze

3

Combine Ingredients

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and grated ginger. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.

Preparing the Spicy Aioli

4

Mix Aioli

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, and garlic powder. Mix well and set aside.

Assembly

5

Assemble the Wraps

On each lettuce leaf, add a scoop of the chicken filling, drizzle with sweet soy ginger glaze, and top with chopped peanuts and crispy wonton strips. Serve with a side of spicy aioli.
