Preparation Instructions

1. Prepare the Sushi Rice

Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions, then mix with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt while it’s still warm. Let it cool slightly.

2. Prepare the Avocado

Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out. Cut it into thin slices.

3. Assemble the Sushi Cone

Cut the nori sheets in half diagonally. Place a small amount of sushi rice on the bottom left corner of the nori. Add a few slices of avocado and 2-3 tempura prawns on top of the rice. Drizzle with spicy mayo and sprinkle with tobiko.

4. Roll the Cone

Starting from the left corner, roll the nori diagonally to form a cone shape, enclosing the filling. Use a little water to seal the edge of the nori if needed.

5. Serve

Serve immediately with extra spicy mayo on the side for dipping.
