Season the NY Striploin with salt and black pepper on both sides. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
While the steak is resting, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the black truffle ravioli and cook according to package instructions, usually around 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Slice the grilled steak against the grain. In a large bowl, toss the cooked ravioli with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and chopped fresh parsley. Serve the sliced steak on top of the ravioli.
