Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the corn kernels on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until they are lightly charred. Remove from the oven and let cool.
In a large bowl, scoop the avocado flesh and mash it with a fork until creamy but still chunky. Add the lime juice, salt, and mix well.
Add the roasted corn, chopped cilantro, halved cherry tomatoes, diced serrano peppers, and crumbled feta cheese to the mashed avocado. Gently fold everything together until well combined.
Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl and serve immediately with warm tortilla chips.
