In a food processor, combine the canned chickpeas, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin, salt, and water. Blend until smooth.
If the hummus is too thick, add a little more water or olive oil to reach your desired consistency.
Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle paprika on top, and serve with crispy pita chips.
