Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Lobster
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole Atlantic lobster and cook for about 8-10 minutes until bright red and cooked through. Remove the lobster, let it cool, then extract the meat from the claws and tail. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
Cook the Spaghetti
In the same pot of boiling water, add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.
Sauté the Aromatics
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add finely chopped shallots and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add Wine and Tomatoes
Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to burst, about 5 minutes.
Combine Ingredients
Add the chopped lobster and prawns to the skillet. Cook until the prawns are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and a splash of reserved pasta water to create a sauce.
Finish with Sauce
Add lemon juice, chopped Italian parsley, salt, and black pepper to taste. Toss everything together until well combined.
