Method

Steak Preparation

1

Grill the Steak

Season the CAB sirloin with salt and black pepper. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Ravioli Cooking

2

Cook the Ravioli

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt. Add the cheese ravioli and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Prawns Cooking

3

Sauté the Prawns

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add the prawns, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until prawns are pink and cooked through.

Sauce Preparation

4

Make the Truffle Butter Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, stir in truffle oil and grated Grana Padano cheese until well combined. Remove from heat.

Assembly

5

Plate the Dish

On a plate, arrange a serving of ravioli, top with sliced grilled sirloin, sautéed prawns, and drizzle with the truffle butter sauce. Garnish with extra Grana Padano if desired.
