2 tacos, fried cauliflower, guacamole, valentina’s, fries
In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Dip cauliflower florets in water then coat with the flour mixture. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan and fry the coated cauliflower until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocados. Add lime juice, salt, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Warm corn tortillas in a skillet. Fill each tortilla with fried cauliflower, a generous scoop of guacamole, and drizzle with Valentina hot sauce. Serve with a side of French fries.
