Preparation of Toppings

Prepare the Mango and Avocado

Peel and dice the mango and avocado into small cubes. Set aside.

Make the Crispy Wontons

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan. Fry wonton wrappers until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make the Cilantro Ginger Dressing

In a small bowl, mix together ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Set aside.

Cooking the Tuna

Sear the Tuna

Preheat a skillet over high heat. Lightly oil the skillet. Season the tuna with salt and pepper. Sear the tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side for rare doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for a minute before slicing.

Assembly

Plate the Dish

Slice the seared tuna into thin slices. On a serving plate, arrange the diced mango and avocado, crispy wontons, and sliced tuna. Drizzle with cilantro ginger dressing and sprinkle with peanuts.
