For the Sweet Soy Ginger Glaze

For the Spicy Aioli

Method

Prepare the Glaze

1

Make the Sweet Soy Ginger Glaze

In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Set aside.

Cook the Chicken

2

Cook the Chicken Filling

In a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground chicken. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Stir in minced ginger, garlic, red bell pepper, and green onions. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

3

Add the Glaze

Pour the sweet soy ginger glaze over the chicken mixture and stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Make the Spicy Aioli

4

Prepare the Spicy Aioli

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and garlic powder until well combined. Adjust spiciness to taste.

Assemble the Wraps

5

Serve

To assemble, spoon the chicken filling into the center of a lettuce leaf, top with crispy wontons, chopped peanuts, and a drizzle of spicy aioli. Roll up and enjoy!
