1. Prepare the Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Clean the button mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim the stems. Peel and slice the shallots thinly. Mince the garlic.

2. Make the Miso Marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, olive oil, white wine, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

3. Combine Ingredients
