1. Prepare the Spice Rub

In a bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.

2. Coat the Wings

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss to coat. Sprinkle the spice rub over the wings and toss until evenly coated.

3. Cook the Wings

Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). If grilling, place the wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy. If baking, place wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
