Preparation of Tuna

1

Sear the Tuna

Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together fresh ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and honey until well combined. Set aside.

Assembly

3

Assemble the Dish

Slice the seared tuna, mango, and avocado into thin pieces. On a serving plate, arrange the tuna, mango, and avocado. Top with chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro. Drizzle the cilantro ginger dressing over the top. Serve with crispy wontons on the side.
