Tofu Preparation

Sweet Soy Ginger Glaze

Spicy Aioli

Method

Tofu Prep

1

Prepare Tofu

Drain tofu and press to remove excess moisture. Cut into small cubes.

2

Marinate

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Add tofu cubes and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

3

Coat with Cornstarch

After marinating, add cornstarch to the tofu, tossing to coat evenly.

4

Fry Tofu

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.

Make Glaze

5

Combine Ingredients

In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and sesame oil. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.

6

Simmer

Allow the glaze to simmer for about 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.

Prepare Spicy Aioli

7

Mix Ingredients

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice. Stir until well combined and adjust seasoning to taste.

Assemble Wraps

8

Layer Ingredients

Place crispy tofu in each lettuce leaf, drizzle with sweet soy ginger glaze, and top with chopped peanuts and crispy wonton strips.

9

Serve

Serve with spicy aioli on the side for dipping.
