Prepare the Protein
Cook the Chicken or Tofu
If using chicken, dice it into bite-sized pieces. For tofu, cut into cubes. Sauté in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked (about 7-10 minutes). If using prawns, cook until pink and opaque.
Make the Sauce
Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, cornstarch, and water. Heat over medium heat until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
Prepare Spicy Aioli
Mix Aioli Components
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth.
Assemble the Wraps
Final Assembly
On each lettuce leaf, place a small amount of the cooked protein, drizzle with sweet soy ginger glaze, and top with crispy wonton strips. Add a dollop of spicy aioli, then garnish with chopped peanuts and green onions.
