Steak and Lobster

Method

Steak and Lobster Preparation

1

Prepare the Steak

Season the prime top sirloin steak with salt and black pepper. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from heat and let it rest.

2

Cook the Lobster

In a pot of boiling water, cook the lobster tails for about 5-7 minutes until they turn bright red. Remove from water, let cool slightly, then split the shells and remove the meat. Drizzle with melted butter and minced garlic.

Crispy Mashed Potatoes

3

Boil the Potatoes

In a large pot, boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.

4

Mash and Season

Add butter, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the potatoes. Mash until smooth.

5

Crisp the Mashed Potatoes

Spread the mashed potatoes in a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Asparagus Preparation

6

Roast the Asparagus

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 12-15 minutes until tender.
