Method

Cooking the Steak

1

Prepare the Steak

Season the prime top sirloin steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2

Cook the Steak

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Let it rest before slicing.

Making the Crab Cake

3

Mix Ingredients

In a bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, egg, breadcrumbs, and parsley. Mix gently to avoid breaking the crab meat.

4

Form Cakes

Form the mixture into patties about 1 inch thick.

5

Cook Cakes

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook crab cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Preparing Crispy Mashed Potatoes

6

Boil Potatoes

Peel and cut potatoes into quarters. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

7

Mash and Prepare

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.

8

Crisp Potatoes

Spread the mashed potatoes in an even layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes or until crispy on top.

Cooking Asparagus

9

Prepare Asparagus

Trim the ends of the asparagus and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

10

Cook Asparagus

Roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes until tender.
