Prepare the Cauliflower
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.
Make the Sauce
In a bowl, mix together the Korean chili miso paste, soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), minced garlic, and minced ginger until well combined.
Coat the Cauliflower
In a separate bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with cornstarch until they are evenly coated.
Fry the Cauliflower
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the coated cauliflower florets in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Combine and Serve
In a large mixing bowl, toss the fried cauliflower with the prepared sauce until evenly coated. Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
