Make the Hummus

1

Blend Ingredients

In a food processor, combine the canned chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, ground cumin, and water. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Adjust Consistency

If the hummus is too thick, add more water, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.

Mix Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

4

Chill

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
