Preparation

1

Prepare the Cauliflower

In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Gradually add water until a smooth batter forms. Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.

2

Fry the Cauliflower

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the battered cauliflower florets and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

3

Prepare the Fries

While the cauliflower is frying, prepare French fries according to package instructions or fry them fresh until golden and crispy.

Assembly

4

Assemble the Tacos

Warm the corn tortillas on a skillet. Place fried cauliflower florets on each tortilla, add a generous amount of guacamole, drizzle with Valentina hot sauce, and serve with fries on the side.
