Method

Bottle

1

Chill or room temperature

Place the 750 ml bottle of Saratoga Water in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before service for best temperature (about 4–8°C). If refrigeration is not available, keep the bottle in an insulated cooler with ice for 30–60 minutes. Do not freeze.

2

Just before serving, inspect the bottle for damage and ensure the cap/seal is intact. If the guest requested sparkling, confirm bottle type and that it is listed as carbonated.

3

Open the bottle at the table or behind the bar. To open: hold the bottle at a slight angle away from guests, remove the cap or unscrew the top slowly to avoid excessive fizzing. For sparkling water, open gradually until pressure is released with a soft hiss.

Optional Garnish / Service

4

Serve still or sparkling

Choose an appropriate glass (tall chilled glass for sparkling; water goblet or tumbler for still). If the guest prefers ice, add 4–6 fresh ice cubes to the glass. Pour the water gently down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation for sparkling water.

5

Add garnish (if requested)

If the guest requests a garnish, run a lemon wedge around the rim and drop it into the glass or place on the rim. Optionally add a mint sprig for aroma. Serve with a straw only if requested.

6

Present the opened bottle or pour for the guest, and note the remaining volume if you will return the bottle to the table. For sparkling water, offer to top up during the meal to maintain bubbles.
