Cocktail
Add ice to the chilled glass, filling it about three-quarters full (roughly 1 cup cubed ice).
In a cocktail shaker, combine Deep Eddy Lime Vodka (1.5 oz), ginger liqueur (0.5 oz), cranberry juice (2 oz), fresh lime juice (0.5 oz) and simple syrup (0.25 oz) if using.
Add a small handful of ice to the shaker, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for 8–10 seconds until well chilled (shaker becomes cold to the touch).
Top gently with seltzer water (2 oz). Pour slowly over the back of a spoon or down the side of the glass to preserve some effervescence and create a layered look.
Give the drink one gentle stir (1–2 rotations) to integrate the seltzer without losing bubbles.
Garnish & Serve
Thread 3–4 fresh cranberries onto a cocktail pick and rest across the rim (optional).
Float a lime wheel on top or place a lime wedge on the rim. Add a small slice of candied ginger on the rim or skewer for extra ginger aroma if desired.
Serve immediately with a short stirring swizzle stick or straw. Recommend advising guests to stir lightly before sipping to redistribute any settled cranberry.
