1

Prepare glass

Fill a large wine glass (or an Old Fashioned glass if preferred) with 6 large ice cubes to chill the glass and keep the drink cold.

2

Add Aperol

Pour 2 oz chilled Aperol over the ice. Pouring the bitter component first helps keep the Aperol from immediately mixing fully and preserves color layering.

3

Add Prosecco

Slowly pour 3 oz chilled prosecco into the glass. Pour gently down the side of the glass or over the back of a spoon to reduce agitation and help preserve a pretty graduated color.

4

Top with club soda

Add 1 oz chilled club soda on top to brighten the drink and add effervescence. Give the drink one gentle stir (about 1–2 slow rotations) to integrate ingredients without flattening the bubbles.

5

Garnish and serve

Garnish with 1 fresh orange slice placed on the rim or floated in the glass. Serve immediately while fizzy.
