Coffee Mixture Preparation

In a separate bowl, combine the brewed coffee, matcha powder, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Assembly
4. Dip Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger cookie into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
5. Layer the Ingredients
In a serving dish, layer half of the soaked ladyfingers on the bottom, followed by half of the matcha cream mixture. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and matcha cream.
6. Chill
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
7. Serve
Just before serving, dust the top with a mixture of cocoa powder and matcha powder for garnish.
