For each serving

Method

Single glass serving

1

Chill glass (optional)

Place the serving glass in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes prior to serving for an extra-cold drink.

2

If using ice, fill the serving glass with 2–4 ice cubes depending on glass size and desired chill.

3

Pour 250 ml Souroti Natural Mineral Water into the glass slowly to preserve any gentle effervescence (if sparkling).

4

Garnish with a lemon wedge on the rim and add a fresh mint sprig to the glass if desired. Serve immediately.

Pitcher (serves 6)

5

Chill the pitcher in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes if you prefer the water very cold.

6

Add 12 ice cubes (optional) to the chilled pitcher.

7

If using lemon, thinly slice one lemon and add the slices to the pitcher along with 6 mint sprigs.

8

Slowly pour 1,500 ml Souroti Natural Mineral Water into the pitcher to keep the water refreshing and maintain any light carbonation.

9

Stir gently once with a spoon to distribute lemon and mint flavor—avoid vigorous stirring to preserve effervescence.

10

Serve immediately into chilled glasses, using 250 ml per serving. Refill as needed; keep remaining water refrigerated.
