Marinating the Shrimp

Prepare the Marinade

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, Margaritaville Lime Tequila, and coconut milk. Mix well until fully combined.

Marinate the Shrimp

Add the raw shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Preparing the Ceviche

Chop Vegetables

While the shrimp is marinating, chop the tomato, cucumber, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro. Set aside in a separate bowl.

Combine Ingredients

Once the shrimp is ready, drain the excess marinade and add the marinated shrimp to the bowl of chopped vegetables. Gently fold in the diced avocado.
