1. Prepare the Plums

Wash the Korean plums thoroughly and remove any stems and blemished fruits.

2. Combine Ingredients

In a clean glass jar, layer the washed plums and sugar. Make sure the plums are evenly coated with sugar.

3. Add Water

Pour the water into the jar until it covers the plums and sugar completely.

4. Add Yeast

Sprinkle the wine yeast over the top of the mixture. Stir gently to combine.
