Each sip offers a symphony of flavors, from the subtle floral notes to the clean, dry aftertaste that will keep you coming back for more. Perfectly brewed to quench your thirst, this Pilsner is an ideal companion for any occasion.

Heat 6 liters of water to 70°C (158°F) and add the Pilsner and Carapils malts. Stir well and maintain the temperature for 60 minutes.

Mash the Grains

After mashing, sparge the grains with hot water to collect the wort, aiming for about 5.5 liters of liquid.

Bring the collected wort to a boil and add the Saaz hops. Boil for 60 minutes, adding Hallertau hops in the last 15 minutes.

Boil the Wort

Cool the wort down to 20°C (68°F) and transfer it to a fermentation vessel. Pitch the yeast and seal the container. Allow it to ferment for 2 weeks.

Cool and Ferment

After fermentation, bottle the beer with priming sugar for carbonation. Let it condition for another 2 weeks.
