Method

Cocktail

1

Chill glass

Optional: If preferred, chill the highball glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes before assembling to keep the drink colder longer.

2

Add ice

Fill the chilled highball glass with ice cubes until nearly full (about 1 cup).

3

Measure spirits

Using a jigger, pour 3 oz Jinro soju and 1 oz Ketel One Peach & Orange Blossom over the ice.

4

Add lime

Add 0.5 oz (about half a lime) of fresh lime juice directly into the glass.

5

Top with soda

Slowly top with 3 oz soda water. Pour gently down a bar spoon if you want a softer mixing and more fizz; otherwise pour directly. This yields a light, effervescent highball.

6

Lightly stir

Give the drink one or two gentle turns with a bar spoon to integrate the ingredients without flattening the soda.

Garnish & Serve

7

Garnish the rim or float a lime wheel on top. If using, add a thin peach slice on the rim or slide it onto a pick and rest across the glass.

8

Serve immediately with a straw or without. Sip and enjoy the delicate floral-peach notes balanced by bright lime and effervescence.
