Cocktail

1

Prepare the glass

Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks or coupe glass. Spread the coarse salt on a small plate and dip the rim into the salt to coat. Set the glass aside.

2

Combine ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz Javier’s Reserva Blanco Tequila, 1 oz Cointreau, 0.75 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.25 oz agave syrup (optional for slightly sweeter balance).

3

Add ice and shake

Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup) and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is cold and well-chilled.

4

Strain and serve

Double-strain the cocktail into the prepared glass over fresh ice (if serving on the rocks) or without ice into the chilled glass for a neat presentation.

5

Garnish

Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim or floated on the drink. Serve immediately.
