Mixing
Add 2 oz Javier’s Reserva Reposado Tequila, 0.75 oz St. Germain, 0.5 oz agave nectar, 0.75 oz fresh lime juice, and 1.5 oz fresh pineapple juice to the chilled shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is cold and slightly frosted. This both chills and dilutes the cocktail properly.
Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice (if serving on the rocks) or leave it chilled for a coupe. Strain the cocktail into the glass using a fine strainer to remove small ice chips and any pulp.
Finish & Serve
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a lime wheel on the rim or placed in the drink. Give the garnish a gentle slap between your palms to release aroma before adding.
Serve immediately while cold. Optionally provide a cocktail napkin and a short straw.
