1

Chill glass

Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail to ensure the drink is served well chilled.

2

Combine ingredients

Add 2 oz Grey Goose Pear vodka, 0.5 oz St. Germain, 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice, 0.5 oz fresh orange juice, and 0.25 oz agave nectar into a cocktail shaker.

3

Add ice and shake

Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup) and secure the lid. Shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker feels very cold and the ingredients are well mixed and slightly aerated.

4

Prepare glass

If you chilled the glass with ice water, empty it now. Strain the cocktail through a fine strainer (or the shaker's built-in strainer) into the chilled martini or coupe glass.

5

Garnish and serve

Garnish with a thin pear slice on the rim or floated on the surface and/or a lemon twist. Serve immediately.

6

Optional adjustments

Taste and, if desired, add a touch more agave (0.125–0.25 oz) for sweetness or a splash more lemon juice for brightness. If you prefer a slightly lighter drink, top with a small splash (0.25–0.5 oz) of club soda and serve in a coupe.
