1

Prepare glass

Chill a coupe or martini glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes or fill with ice water while you assemble the cocktail. After chilling, discard ice water (if used). Drizzle chocolate syrup on the inside rim of the glass by holding the glass at an angle and rotating while applying a thin ribbon of syrup; reserve a little syrup for garnish if desired.

2

Mix

Fill a cocktail shaker with the ice. Add 2 oz Stoli Vanilla Vodka, 0.75 oz Frangelico, 0.75 oz chocolate liqueur, and 1 oz heavy cream (or half-and-half) to the shaker.

3

Shake

Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels very cold and the cream is well emulsified, producing a slight froth.

4

Strain and garnish

Double-strain the cocktail into the prepared chilled glass (use the shaker strainer and a fine mesh if available) to remove ice shards. If you reserved chocolate syrup, drizzle a small amount on top in a spiral. Finish by sprinkling about 1 tsp grated chocolate or a light dusting of cocoa powder over the surface.

5

Serve

Serve immediately with a short stirrer or cocktail pick. Estimated single-serve cocktail best enjoyed cold; sip slowly to appreciate the vanilla-hazelnut-chocolate interplay.
