Bar Directions
Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside for a few minutes.
Mix the Cocktail
In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of bourbon, 1 oz of sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Discard the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
Garnish
Add a maraschino cherry on top of the cocktail for garnish before serving.

Prepare the Snack
In a serving bowl, combine 1 cup of mixed nuts and 1 cup of olives.
Serve the Cheese Platter
Arrange a variety of cheeses on a platter for guests to enjoy alongside the drinks.
