Cocktail

Method

Cocktail

1

Build and shake

Add melon liqueur, pineapple juice, coconut cream, heavy cream, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.

2

Fill the shaker halfway with crushed ice (about 1 cup). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and the mixture is well emulsified and slightly foamy.

3

Strain the cocktail into a chilled hurricane glass or large coupe filled with fresh crushed ice. Use a fine-mesh strainer if you prefer a smoother texture.

4

If you prefer a frozen/ blended version: combine the same ingredients in a blender with 1 to 1 1/2 cups of crushed ice and blend on high until smooth, then pour into a chilled glass.

Garnish & Finish

5

Skewer two melon balls (or a slice) and a pineapple wedge on the cocktail pick and rest it on the rim of the glass.

6

Optionally grate a tiny pinch of nutmeg over the top for a warm aromatics contrast.

7

Serve immediately with a straw and a small spoon for the garnish. Advise guests to stir briefly before drinking if separated.
