Preparation
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and place them in a shallow dish.
Marinate
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
Grill or Fry
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (or heat a skillet over medium-high heat). Remove the pork chops from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). If frying, cook in the skillet for the same duration, turning occasionally.
