1. Mix rim sugar
On a small flat plate, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon, stirring to evenly distribute the cinnamon.
2. Prepare glass
Use the lemon wedge to moisten the rim of a chilled martini glass by running the cut edge around the glass rim. Immediately dip the wet rim into the sugar–cinnamon mixture, rolling to coat evenly. Set the glass aside to let the rim set while you mix the cocktail.
Shake & Strain
3. Combine ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add pomegranate juice, citrus vodka, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.
4. Add ice and shake
Fill the shaker with ice cubes (about 6). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the shaker is well chilled and slightly frosted on the outside.
5. Double strain into glass
Strain the cocktail through the shaker strainer (and a fine mesh strainer if available) into the prepared sugar–cinnamon–rimmed martini glass, leaving ice behind in the shaker.
